The Rule4 construction services include:
- Submission of all design documents, schedules, selections, etc. over to the Project Management team for pre-construction processing.
- Conduct on-site pre-construction meetings with the production team, designer, and owner(s) to discuss the process and review the preliminary construction schedule.
- Commence construction as scheduled and/or upon receipt of building permit and/or upon receiving materials deemed necessary prior to commencement.
- Conduct regular progress meetings as scheduled and impromptu meetings as required.
- Conduct a walk-through with the owner at the stage of substantial completion.
